Festival organiser could be charged over attendee’s death

The organiser of a northern NSW festival, where a man died after ingesting frog poison, could face criminal charges. Today a coronial inquest into the death of 46-year-old was suspended, to allow the director of public prosecutions to consider whether the organiser should be charged with negligent manslaughter.
