It has been revealed Bruce Lehrmann rejected an offer to settle with Network Ten just weeks out from his disastrous defamation case. Mr Lehrmann is now locked in a battle over millions of dollars in costs after the federal court found that on the balance of probabilities he did rape Brittany Higgins at parliament house in 2019.
