New Bill adjusts presumption of equal time access

Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has introduced a bill to adjust the calculations the family court makes when deciding on parents' access to children, after a relationship breakdown. Once passed, there'll no longer be a presumption of equal time access especially in situations where violent or abusive behaviour is involved.
