Perth hospital under review following patient suicide

A review is underway into the death of a patient who repeatedly sought help from a Perth hospital with her family claiming she was discharged against her will before she took her own life less than three weeks later. It comes amid a jump in the number of mental health patients presenting at emergency departments across the country.
