The Federal and Victorian governments have signed an in-principle deal with pharmaceutical company Moderna to manufacture mRNA vaccines in Australia. Shadow Minister for Industry and Innovation Ed Husic welcomes the announcement as a positive step, but has criticised the government for not sticking to their previous timeline.
