Australia becoming a 'dumping ground' for unsafe cars

A federal road safety inquiry has been told Australia is becoming a 'dumping ground' for less safe cars. The ACT's transport minister says Australia will be left with more unsafe, inefficient and higher polluting cars, unless the federal government signs on to international vehicle emissions standards.
