The UK launch comes after the car’s debut in other European markets such as Spain, Italy and Germany.

The Tivoli XLV, a larger version of the original Tivoli, boasts economic pricing, comfortable riding experience and large space, the company said.

“Tivoli brand, which provides distinguished style and economic efficiency, made good remarks here and also in the European market, becoming the new growth engine,” Choi Johng-shik, CEO of Ssangyong Motor said in a statement. “We will continue to increase sales by strengthening the product lineup, including the Tivoli Air gasoline model, and expanding local marketing efforts that reflect consumers’ needs.”
