The star agency of Baek Jin-hee, the heroine of MBC’s “Triangle,” on Tuesday denied rumors that the actress has been dating actor Park Seo-joon.

Baek’s agency Snowball Entertainment told a local online tabloid, “We contacted Ms. Baek Jin-hee and were informed that the two are intimate but not dating.”

Park’s agency, KEYEAST, also denied the dating rumors, stating, “The two have participated in the same drama for a long time and naturally became close. But we believe the two are not in a loving relationship … Since the actor (Park) is away for an overseas photo shoot, we need more time for an (official) confirmation.”

The rumor surfaced when the August edition of a local magazine was released in online bookstores. In the table of contents was the article “Heartthrob Park Seo-joon has been dating Baek Jin-hee for one year.” Since then, the two actors’ alleged relationship was discussed online as if it were a confirmed fact.

Back in 2013, Park and Baek both appeared in MBC’s weekend television series “I Summon You, Gold” from April to September.
