Scallop and king crab promotion at Grand Ambassador Seoul

Grand Ambassador Seoul’s international dining restaurant Cafe de Chef is offering special dishes made with scallops and soft king crab, as well as fresh seasonal ingredients until Aug. 15. The “Scallop & King Crab Pasta” set menu -- priced at 44,000 won -- includes access to the salad bar and a choice of either a crab meat cream sauce pasta or a basil sauce pasta with potatoes, beans and scallops. The “King Crab Business” set menu -- priced at 55,000 won -- includes access to the salad bar, chicken filled with king crab and blueberry savarin for dessert. Two types of dinner courses are available as well. Course A, priced at 77,000 won, includes six dishes while Course B, priced at 85,000 won, features seven dishes, including scallop and crab appetizers, grilled sea bass-crab meat lasagna or the king crab and beef tenderloin steak and dessert. Lucky draw event for wedding guests at Renaissance Seoul Hotel

Renaissance Seoul Hotel is holding a special lucky draw event for couples who plan to get married at the hotel this year. Those who make wedding reservations from July 1-31 to hold a wedding at the hotel during November or December 2014 will be automatically entered in a lucky draw event. Detox spa treatment package at Park Hyatt Seoul

Park Hyatt Seoul’s Park Club Spa is presenting the special spa package “Detox & Design Your Body” until Aug. 31. The package offers facial and body treatments using products by “Skin Regimen” to provide elasticity and firmness to the skin. The package will begin with a foot massage and include a 90-minute detox program, which begins with a body scrub to detoxify and reoxygenate the skin. After the scrub, a gel-cream will be applied to break down fats and aid blood circulation. Hot stone therapy and a cellulite-attack massage is included in the program as well. Spa package guests will receive a special 10 percent discount on Comfort Zone retail products. Bikini party with Paris Hilton at Sheraton Grande Walkerhill

Sheraton Grande Walkerhill is inviting the Hollywood celebrity Paris Hilton to join its bikini party held at the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool on Aug. 15 and 16. Guests can get a peek inside Paris Hilton’s partying style by watching the film “Bling Ring,” inspired by Hilton’s actual partying lifestyle. Along with the Paris Hilton party, the “2014 Walkerhill Bikini Party” series will be held at the hotel every Friday and Saturday from July 11 to Aug. 23. Guests will be able to enjoy energetic dance music, poolside snacks and champagne at the party. A mix of artists from home and abroad including Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, DJ DOC, Gary, Jungin, Beenzino, Jay Park, San E and others will be performing over the months. The Friday pool party is priced at 44,000 won for early-bird tickets and 60,000 won for on-site admission. The concert-only tickets are priced at 88,000 won. Weekend dining specials at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s restaurants are offering weekend specials for families. The Japanese restaurant Genji is presenting a special buffet featuring over 40 dishes, including sashimi, sushi, hot soups, fried fish and Japanese teppanyaki. The buffet is priced at 83,000 won (49,500 won for kids) for lunch and 86,500 won (51,600 won for kids) for dinner. The Chinese restaurant Taipan is offering two unlimited dining options: “Jin-Bo-Chae,” priced at 83,000 won, and “Dae-Bo-Chae,” priced at 123,000 won. The options are available for parties of three or more. The Italian restaurant Il Ponte is providing a special lunch course menu, priced at 72,500 won, including tomato and mozzarella pizza, salad, soup, a choice of spaghetti, beef tenderloin and dessert.
