Busker Busker, an indie band that came to fame through Mnet’s audition program “Superstar K,” is planning an official comeback in September with their sophomore full-length album.

Busker Busker’s agency, Chungchun Music, announced through its official Facebook page that the band was busy making final touches to their album.

To commemorate the release of their new album, the band is also planning a nationwide tour for their “2013 Busker Busker Concert.”

“The band is working very hard for the release of their second album and concert planned for September, so please wish them the best and keep your expectations high,” Chungchun Music said.

Busker Busker will kick off their tour in Busan on Oct. 3 and move on to major cities, including Daegu on Oct. 20, and Seoul on Nov. 1 and 2.

The runner-up on “Superstar K” Season 3, Busker Busker released their first album in March 2012, receiving much acclaim for major hits such as “Yeoso Night Sea” and “Cherry Blossom Ending” and sweeping the top slots in music charts. The band released another album called “Busker Busker 1st Wrap Up Album” in June 2012 with tracks including “It’s Hard to Face You” and “If You Really Love Me.”
