Internet shopping sales declined by 2 percent in February from the same period last year to record the lowest monthly growth figure since 2009, the agency said.
In January that year, monthly internet sales fell 1.8 percent. For the year, sales increased by 15.1 percent from 2008, adding to expectations that annual sales may not suffer too much.
