A wine club is to celebrate its first anniversary by donating its profits to a charity helping orphans.

The Italian Wine Club Seoul is to hold a “Welcome to Tuscany” night at casAntonio Italian restaurant in Itaewon on March 25 at 7:30 p.m.

The IWC Seoul will donate the proceeds from the night to Kyeongdongwon, a non-governmental organization working to improve the lives of vulnerable people in Korea. Guests can enjoy Tuscan foods and four different wines at the restaurant for 60,000 won.

The night’s menu includes lasagna, chicken, pork, spinach cake, salad and chocolate salami along with quality vernaccia, chianti, chianti classico and rossi di montalcino wines.

IWC Seoul has already held 10 events between Seoul and Busan to introduce several Italian food and wine regions to Korea, and has also helped match Italian wines to Korean cuisine.

There will also be a lucky draw during the evening with various prizes.
