This year’s Canada Education Fairs 2011will take place on Oct. 30 at COEX, southern Seoul.

Organized by the Embassy of Canada, the event showcases 64 Canadian institutions including public school districts, private schools, colleges, universities and private language training institutions all ready to meet prospective students and parents with interests in studying in Canada.

“The fair will be a good opportunity to find out more information on studying in Canada and Canada’s world-wide-recognized credentials in many different subject areas, such as business administration, hospitality, engineering and technology just to name a few,” said Canadian Ambassador David Chatterson.

Seminars will also be offered on the introduction of the Canadian education system, tips for successful entrance to Canadian colleges and universities and an introduction to the provincial educational systems of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.

Free pre-registration is now open at its official website at www.canadaedu.or.kr until Oct. 29.

The fair runs from 1-6 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom on the 1st floor of the COEX center.
