K-pop singer Seven (Se7en) will hold a solo concert entitled “Hello Seven in Japan“ in Japan next month upon the release of his upcoming Japanese digital single “Angel.”

The concert will take place at Akasaka BLITZ, a music house located in Minato, Tokyo, on Nov. 6. His new single will be officially released on Nov. 8.

After making his local debut in 2003, Seven expanded his appeal to Japan and beyond with the release of his first Japanese single, “Hikari” in 2005. He has also performed in L.A., New York City and Washington, D.C.

Seven won the Most Popular Korean Singer Prize in the MTV Asia Awards in 2006, and won another prize at the MTV Best Buzz Asia Award in the same year.

The 26-year-old singer also debuted as an actor in 2007 in the TV drama series “Goong S.”

Seven has held a total of five concerts in Japan so far, with his first taking place in Osaka in 2005. His most recent concert there, the “Are U Ready? Japan Tour Concert” took place in 2007.
