The human resource services provider Manpower has been included in the Best of Staffing Talent list, the company said Friday.

Compiled by the U.S.-based research firm Inavero Inc., the Best of Staffing Talent list includes staffing firms whose services are rated highly by job seekers. According to the company less than 1 percent of North American staffing firms were included in the list.

Manpower added that the company was given satisfaction ratings of nine or 10 out of 10 from 65 percent of the job seekers surveyed for the list, while the industry average for receiving nine or higher rating was 50 percent.

“At Manpower, we work every day to ensure that businesses have the people to support their strategies and job seekers have the opportunity to pursue meaningful career paths,” said Jorge Perez, senior vice president of Manpower for North America.

“It’s an honor to know that our associates are engaged and satisfied with the Manpower experience.”

According to recent Bureau of Labor Statistics data, staffing firms have created more new jobs since the end of the ‘Great Recession’ than any other industry, accounting for 91 percent of the total job growth.

“There is still so much work to be done,” said Inavero CEO Eric Gregg.

“The most recent BLS report shows 14 million unemployed, nearly half of whom have been out of work for six months or more. Job seekers are using staffing and recruiting firms now more than ever before, and it’s our hope the Best of Staffing List will help guide them to the firms who have truly created an exceptional experience for the talent they are helping put back to work.”
