A global festival is to feature foreign cuisine and performances in Seoul on Saturday, Oct. 15.

The event is to be held from 12-7 p.m. at Seoul Nori-Madang, next to Lotte World, near Jamsil Subway Station’s exit 3.

The festival organized by Mannam Volunteer Association is expected to attract up to 5,000 foreigners to enjoy its food stalls, craft booths and diverse performances.

Nadine Roussopoulos, one of the event’s organizers wrote: “This is a chance to really encounter the heart of Korean culture, but at the same time we are all one global family and want to share as many beautiful aspects of all nations and cultures as possible.”

Free tickets for the event can be picked up from a range of restaurants, tourist information centers and hostels around Seoul.
