A group of event staff volunteers is being sought to help with a charity music festival in Seoul.

The Korean branch of the Little Travellers organization which works to help people living with HIV/AIDS is looking for more than 50 volunteers to help organize the Rubber Soul gig night across four clubs in Hongdae.

Last year, the event was attended by more than 1,000 people raising more than 9 million won for the Hillcrest AIDS Center in KwaZulu-Natal province in South Africa.

The fund-raiser is now in its fourth year with events happening across the globe including in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. as well as in South Korea.

The charity was named after the Little Traveller dolls beaders affected by HIV/AIDS make at the Hillcrest Center, selling them to raise funds to support their livelihood.

The Rubber Soul music festival on Dec. 3 is being held to tie in with World Aids Day on Dec. 1, with all funds raised also going to the center.

“We will need plenty of help both in the run-up to the event and on the night itself,” said organizer Jenny Maxwell.

“We need volunteers to help with postering and flyering and getting word out to people that the event is happening.

“It’s a fantastic live music night which will feature some of Seoul’s greatest bands.”

On the night, organizers are looking for people to work from 8 p.m. to man the doors and the sales desk as well as MCs and a photographer for each venue.
