The Daegu Theater Troupe is holding a casting call for Zora Neale Hurston’s comedy “Lawing and Jawing” on Sunday.
The performance will be part of Probatory Theatre’s “It’s Not Easy Being Seen,” show in Seoul on July 23, which will explore the idea of colorblind casting.
As the show centers around colorblind casting and diversity, the troupe is looking for as diverse a cast as possible.
They stress that there are two important parts without lines, so those worried about delivery and remembering lines can still audition.
Auditions will be held from 1-4 p.m. in central Daegu.
