Two burnt to death in apartment block

Police found the bodies of a man and woman who were burnt to death on the stairs of an apartment building in southern Seoul on Monday.

Police said the 44-year-old woman surnamed Park and the 45-year-old man, Lee, may have killed themselves. Park lived in the flat.

They are believed to have poured thinner on their bodies and set themselves on fire, police said.

Police are investigating the cause of their death and their relationship.
