Audi introduces new Audi TT in S. Korea

Audi Korea, the local importer and distributor of luxury German car brand Audi, introduced the facelift version of the Audi TT sports coupe in South Korea Monday.

The new Audi TT comes in two trims -- the Audi TT Coupe 2.0 TFSI Quattro and Audi TT Roadster 2.0 TFSI Quattro.

They both come with a four-cylinder 2.0-liter gasoline engine that produces maximum horsepower of 211 and maximum torque of 35.7 kilogram-meters at its peak.

The new Audi TT Coupe takes 5.6 seconds to accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour and has an average fuel economy of 11.3 kilometers per liter. The new Roadster model has a zero-to-100km/h acceleration time of 5.8 seconds, down 0.7 second from the previous version, according to Audi Korea.

The local price of the Audi TT Coupe has been set at 64.5 million won (US$57,165), with the Audi TT Roadster carrying a price tag of 67.5 million won ($59,824).

판매 가격은 '뉴 아우디 TT 쿠페 2.0 TFSI 콰트로'가 6천450만원, '뉴 아우디 TT 로드스터 2.0 TFSI 콰트로'는 6천750만원이다.
