The National Museum of Korea has appointed the members of its consulting committee. They will give advice on policies, major projects and other matters relevant to the management of the museum. A total of 20 distinguished figures from culture, media, academia and finance were selected Tuesday. Their two-year term begins at the end of the month. The newly appointed members include former Minister of Culture and Tourism Lee O-young; Kim Seung-yu, head of Hana Financial Group; Samsung Community Relation president Han Yong-oe; Ambassador for Culture Cooperation Koo Sam-yeol; Korea Foundation president Yim Sung-joon; Coreana chairman Yu Sang-ok; and Jungwook Hong, CEO of Herald Media Inc.
