India opened its cultural center in Dugu-dong, Busan, Friday, in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of its diplomatic ties with Korea. Late Korean curator of Smithsonian honored
Ex-Smithsonian curator Cho Chang-soo has been posthumously awarded the Okgwan Order of Cultural Merit, one of the highest cultural honors in South Korea.
