Life Saving Victoria expands nippers program to the bush amid spike in drowning deaths

While Victorians flock to the beaches over summer it's a harsh reality that more than half of the state's drowning deaths are being recorded at inland waterways. It's prompted Life Saving Victoria to expand its popular nippers program to the bush in an effort to improve water safety in the state's lakes, dams and rivers.
