Ultra Korea finalizes lineup for this year

Ultra Korea has announced the final lineup for this year’s festival, slated to take place on June 8-10 at southern Seoul.

A total of 103 acts will be performing at this year’s festival to be held at Jamsil Olympic Complex in Seoul, as 81 teams of various genres from EDM to hip-hop, K-pop were added to the list earlier in the week.

Among the new names are some of the most well-known Korean musicians, including CL, Dok2, Drunken Tiger, Yoon Mi-rae and Bizzy. Other artists include Third Party, 8Balltown, Airmix, Alexander Lewis, Dear Cloud, Maurice West, S2, Tom Tyger and Xie.Tang.

The Magic Beach stage, inspired by the beaches of Ultra Music Festival’s flagship event in Miami, will feature performances by artists from renowned music labels performing on the same day. This includes Cherokee and Kartell of Roche musique, and Conro and Grant of Monstercat.

Throughout April and May, Ultra Korea has already announced the list of headliners including Chainsmokers, Above & Beyond, David Guetta, Galantis, Nicky Romero, Zedd, Zhu, Ice Cube, Modestep and RL Grime.

Ultra Korea is part of the UMF’s worldwide expansion -- including Spain, Japan and Brazil -- that debuted as a two-day festival in 2012. UMF, taking place in Miami, is an EDM festival founded in 1999 by Russell Faibisch and Alex Omes.
