6일 오후 8시 26분께 전남 여수시 돌산대교 남쪽 360m 앞 해상에서 115t 관공선과 4.55t 통발어선이 충돌했다.
이 사고로 어선에 타고 있던 베트남 국적 선원 A(40)씨가 다쳐 병원에 옮겨져 치료를 받고 있다.
충돌로 인해 어선 앞부분이 심하게 파손됐으나 기름 유출 등 추가 피해는 발생하지 않았다.
사고 당시 관공선은 거북선축제 행사를 마치고 귀항하는 중이었으며 통발어선은 조업을 나가던 중이었다.
