Kellogg Korea President & CEO Han Jong-kap took home the CSR award at the 2017 Fortune Korean Leader Awards. The awards are hosted by Fortune Korea and sponsored by the Industry Ministry and the Future Ministry.

Han was given the award in recognition of Kellogg’s work with food banks and children‘s welfare organizations to donate cereal for those in need.

In May, Kellogg also provided 10,000 servings of cereal for victims of the wildfires in Gangwon Province.

“It is the duty of a food company CEO to work to create a better world through giving in addition to developing safe and healthy products,” Han said.
