Hanil Feed to issue shares worth W15b

[DISCLOSURE] Hanil Feed (005860) announced on Sept. 30 that it has decided on issuing 7.473 million forfeited shares worth 15.2 billion won (US$ 13.82 million) for public offering to finance its operation and to secure funds for other uses.

The new shares will be issued at the price of 2,275 won per share and listing date is expected to be on Dec. 22.
