SK Innovations’ subsidiary, SK global chemical to acquire shares worth W158b

[DISCLOSURE] SK Innovation (096770) announced on Aug.29 that one of its subsidiaries, SK Global Chemicals is to acquire 143 billion shares worth 158.47 billion won (US$ 140.75 million) issued by SK Global Chemicals Investment.
