[DISCLOSURE] Widwin Networks (043220) announced on July 1 that Jeong Yong-won has been named as its new CEO. Former CEO Byeon Tae-woong has stepped down for personal reasons.
The company will close its shareholders’ registry from July 19-25 for the extraordinary shareholders meeting scheduled for Aug. 12, it announced in a separate statement.
