Established in 2005, NongHyup Bank’s agriculture financial consulting service has provided assistance to farmers nationwide in analyzing their financial statements to help them effectively manage their income and cash flow.

The consulting unit of NH Bank offers 3,226 comprehensive financial services, and has handled more than 3,650 cases involving asset management and consulting.

This year, it has set a target of 3,500 comprehensive financial services, with about 4,000 cases to help farmers manage assets.

Recently, the bank said that it was able to help out a farmer in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, in restructuring his debt to improve the farm’s cash flow and income.

Farmers can ask for personal financial assistances via consulting.nonghyup.com, where they can check for more information on agricultural asset management and seek financial consultants.

“The bank will seek to further develop and provide consulting on specific agricultural services, and boost human resources to offer assistance in tax and accounting,” said NH Bank CEO Lee Kyung-seop in a press statement.
