The number of visitors allowed for the nighttime stroll at Changdeokgung Palace in Seoul will increase from the original 100 to 150 per session, the Cultural Heritage Administration announced Wednesday.
Additional 700 tickets for the increased spots in May and June will go on sale from Friday at 1 p.m. at Interpark, the online shopping mall for event tickets. (http://ticket.interpark.com/Ticket/Goods/GoodsInfo.asp?GoodsCode=16001708)
Each ticket is priced 30,000 won ($26).

The visiting hours for Koreans and foreigners are separate in order for the palace to provide guided tours in separate languages.
Foreign visitors can join the tour at 8 p.m. on May 23, 24 and June 21, 21.
Prior to opening up more spots for the tour, the CHA had also increased the number of days and times for the nighttime palace tour to 61 times over 49 days from the original 30 times over 40 days. However, despite the efforts public demand remained high, pushing CHA to once again expand entrance chances.
The Changdeokgung tour takes visitors around the Injeongjeon Hall, Nakseonjae Hall, Buyongji pond, Yeongyeongdang Hall and the wooded road through the Secret Garden.
Traditional performances and snacks are included.
