The company has already made contracts with parties in Yugoslavia and Taiwan.

“Liam Neeson showed off great acting skills in this movie, and we are happy to acquire such a quality movie” said Marko Moellersk, acquisition executive of Splendid.

The movie has gained much attention from the public following Liam Neeson’s decision to join the cast.

Set during the 1950-53 Korean War, the movie focuses on hidden heroes of Korean troopers who carried out “X-ray” operation that preceded Operation Chromite, also known as Incheon Landing Operation.

Neeson plays the role of U.S. Army General Douglas MacArthur.

Director Lee Jae-han previously worked on “A Moment to Remember” (2004) and “71-Into The Fire,” (2010) and the movie will premiere in the first half of this year.
