I would like to begin by expressing my deepest gratitude to The Korea Herald for the award, and by congratulating our fellow awardees.

SK Broadband is doing its utmost to become a new leader in the communications industry, pursuing customers’ happiness and creating unlimited value in the convergence era.

We have been leading technology trends since 1999 by commercializing the world’s first high-speed asymmetric digital subscriber line. With our new brand “B,” we have focused on improving the competitiveness of its cable services and amplifying the synergy effect with SK Telecom’s “T.”

In line with our customer-centered business management, SK Broadband is receiving positive feedback from customers through our unique additional services that meet their needs.

One example is B home CCTV, a product tailored to customers who are rarely home so they can monitor their house in real time with their smartphones. It also provides security services in emergency situations.

We delivered the uniqueness of the B home CCTV by emphasizing our brand “B” with our copy as well as using illustrations for a familiar image and a better understanding.

SK Broadband ranked No. 1 in both the National Customer Satisfaction Index and the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index once again this year due to our efforts toward high-quality customer services.

We appreciate our customers’ continued love and support, and we promise to do our best to become a company that provides unique services to our customers.
