Up-and-coming R&B singer-songwriter and producer Jeff Bernat is making his way back to Korea with a special three-day concert series to be held in Seoul next month.

Bernat is slated to perform three live shows on Oct. 17-19 at the Lotte Card Art Center. This will be the artist’s second time to Seoul this year after performing a sold-out show at Uniqlo AX Hall earlier in January.

The 24-year-old artist from Reno, Nevada, is slowly starting to gain recognition as a soulful R&B artist and has garnered much attention with his music on social networking sites, including YouTube with more than 45,000 subscribers. Bernat officially made his debut with his first album “The Gentleman Approach,” released in December 2011. Two years later, the artist released his second full-length studio album title, “Modern Renaissance.” Both of Bernat’s albums managed to make the iTunes Top 10 R&B Album charts.

The artist has also managed to make an impression in the local music scene, reaching the No. 1 spot on a number of online Korean music charts. Popular K-pop idols Lay and Kris of EXO performed a cover of “Call You Mine” from his first album on the hit MBC radio program SimSimTaPa last year.

“Call You Mine” was later featured in the Korean drama “You Are My Destiny.” Bernat also released the special single “Be The One,” which was also featured on the MBC romance drama.

Tickets to Bernat’s upcoming concert are on sale now and can be purchased online for 99,000 won. The show will also include guest performances by local talents Eric Nam and Esna. For more information, call (02) 3141-3488 or visit www.interpark.com.
