In my opinion, it is good for all students to be given vacation homework. First of all, vacation homework prevents students from having too much free time. With too much time on their hands, the students may get into bad things. Also, vacation homework keeps the students thinking about schoolwork. If they don’t think about their studies for one month, then they may lose a lot of knowledge. Finally, vacation homework enables teachers to reward the students who worked the hardest over the vacation. In conclusion, it is a great idea for schools to assign vacation homework.

In my opinion, it is bad for all students to be given vacation homework. First of all, vacation homework prevents students from having any time to relax. They work hard all throughout the school year, so they deserve to have free time during their vacation. Also, it doesn’t allow them to recharge their brains. If they don’t have a break from studying, they won’t remember anything they learn because they will be too stressed and tired. Finally, vacation homework is a waste of time because many students simply hurry through it and don’t actually learn anything. In conclusion, it is a bad idea for schools to assign vacation homework.
