The hotel’s Japanese restaurant Mikado will offer an eight-course Japanese meal featuring pine mushroom, which will be immersed in seafood soup, grilled with prime beef, deep fried with vegetables, and cooked as the main ingredient in rice. The course menu also features seasonal delicacies, five kinds of Kyoto-style appetizer and five kinds of fresh seasonal sashimi. Japanese style Yang Geng with fresh juice is provided as a dessert. The pine mushroom promotion is available through Oct. 31. The special course is 160,000 won and a-la-carte menu ranges from 60,000 won to 120,000 won, exclusive of tax and service charge.
