Rumor has it that Apple’s iPhone 5 will be wider, longer, and thinner than its predecessor.
Italian blog MacityNet recently posted set of new photos of iPhone cases and claimed that these cases will fit the next generation of Apple’s smartphones.
Case manufacturers become frequent sources for Apple rumors because they make prototypes of their best guesses for potential Apple products.
The design of this new case indicates that the next iPhone has a curved back design and tapered edges with the mute button moved to the right-hand side. This new design shares more similarities with the iPod touch and the iPad2, than the iPhone 4.

아이폰 5 두께는 더 얇고 스크린은 커진다?
올해 애플에서 새로 출시될 예정인 아이폰5가 기존의 아이폰4보다 스크린은 커지고 두께는 더 얇아질 것이라는 소문이 있다.
최근 이탈리아의 유명 블로그 맥시티넷은 아이폰5를 위해 만들어진 케이스라고 주장하며 이와 같은 사진들을 올렸다.
케이스 제조사들은 애플에서 새로 출시될 상품들의 디자인을 추축하고 미리 생산하여 항상 정보원역할을 하곤 했다.
이 케이스에 따르면, 새로 출시될 아이폰의 뒷면은 아이패드의 디자인과 비슷하게 곡선의 형태를 갖고 모서리로 갈수록 더욱 가늘어지는 형태일 것이다.
