Bras wanted for breast cancer support

Bespoke bras are being sought to support an auction raising funds to fight breast cancer. The charity party is to be held at Sky Bar at Dillingers’ Bar in Itaewon.

Organizers are asking for donors to let their imaginations run wild to decorate bras from now until Oct. 3.

The bras will then be auctioned off on Oct. 22 to raise cash for the Korea Breast Cancer Foundation. The organization works to educate people about breast cancer as well as giving free exams in rural areas and providing medical help to people with low incomes. The charity also funds academic research.

“We are looking for people to show support, bra support!” said Naomi Flores, one of the event’s organizers. “Bras support breasts, so donate a bra and join in the fight against breast cancer.”
