The hotel will offer a “Sake Festival,” which features a wide variety of premium sake for the deep aroma and flavor of different types, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 19 at the Grand Ballroom. The promotion will feature ten types of premium northeastern Japanese sake, which are rare in Korea, recommended by a sake sommelier. The sakes hail from Iwata, Akita, and Aomori, and are served with special side dishes strictly selected by hotel chefs. In particular, served at this festival is the Asabiraki’s premium sake, “Daiginjo Kyokusen” which is making its debut in Korea. The Sake event is priced at 60,000 won per person. Doors are open until 9 p.m. For more information, call (02) 310-7780.
