A trip to an animal shelter in Asan is to be held on Saturday. Volunteers will meet at the Cheonan-Asan KTX train station at 11 a.m. before getting taxis together to the shelter.
Visitors will then play with and walk animals at the shelter during the visit to last until around 5 p.m.
Participants are advised to bring hand sanitizer, a change of clothes and sturdy shoes as well as snacks for the animals.
They are also encouraged to spread word about the shelter’s work and encourage others to visit or adopt animals.
Those wishing to attend should first register with Animal Rescue Korea. For more information search for the Facebook event “Asan animal shelter trip.”
