Italian restaurant Olivo’s chef offers Campania favorites through April 30. Campania is well known for being the region of Mozzarella cheese and tomato as well as Naples, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Prices range from 12,000 won to 45,000 won. The menus feature the region’s unique antipasti and main dishes such as pizza and pasta. The selection includes Neapolitan tradition anchovy, olive and cauliflower salad and fried buffalo mozzarella with spicy tomato. The hotel offers “Spring Special” menus prepared with spring sprouts, fresh seafood of the season and fruits until May. Japanese restaurant Kiyomizu has prepared a “Cherry Blossom Sushi Bento” wrapped in silk cloth unveiling an assortment of edible shoots and vegetables, slices of fresh seafood, sushi, salad, rolls and Japanese fritters. The price for the bento is 50,000 won and is not available for take-out. Korean restaurant Ondal has prepared a special meal named “Golden Barley Gulbi Meal Set” composed of Korea’s famous golden croaker dried by the sea breeze and fermented in a barrel filled with whole barley and accompanying side dishes including chilled vegetables, healthy porridge, seasonal fruits and traditional tea.
