Sheraton Grande Walkerhill

The hotel offers a “Welcome 2011” package from Jan. 28 to Feb. 6. The package, at 158,000 won, includes a one night stay at the Douglas House and a buffet breakfast at the View. Another option starting from 178,000 won includes a one night stay in a deluxe room of the hotel’s main building, a buffet breakfast and a welcome gift of handmade LUSH soap. On Feb. 2, a day before the Lunar New Year, the hotel’s chef will hold a dumpling cooking class. For reservations, call (02) 2022-0000.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

The hotel’s Japanese restaurant Genji and buffet restaurant Orangerie will offer steaming hotpot dishes to help fight the cold weather. Genji offers Nabemono, a Japanese-style one-pot meal through the end of February. The menu ranges from swellfish with vegetables to assorted seafood and noodles with vegetables. Prices are from 52,000 won to 890,000 won. Orangerie will feature Korean hotpot dishes throughout January. The Orangerie lunch buffet is priced at 55,000 won for adults and 33,000 won for children aged 12 and under. The dinner buffet is 60,000 won for adults. Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas

The hotel and InterContinental Seoul COEX launched the “Experience G20 Honors Package” to commemorate the G20 Seoul Summit held in November. The package, available from January to August, offers prestigious facilities and services that were provided to world leaders during the summit. The package includes the same presidential dinner they were served, a personalized exercise session and spa treatment, as well as a unique room service experience. A dinner for two people includes the wine, 2008 Vaso Carbernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley). The Club Mountain Suite and Club Royal Suite at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas are available at 2,200,000 won and 3,200,000 won respectively, while the Ambassador Suite and Presidential Suite at InterContinental Seoul COEX are available at 2,500,000 won and 3,200,000 won respectively. Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

The hotel’s European restaurant, the Bistro, offers chief chef Gerard Mosinak’s “French Harmony” special dish. The menu includes an appetizer of Foie Gras Terrine flavored with spices, black pork and desserts of a dark Chocolate dome and pistachio biscuit. Coffee (or tea) and chocolate are included.
