Lee Hwi-jae, a 38-year-old popular comedian in Korea, will marry a florist on Dec. 5, his agency said on Wednesday.
The bride, described as a "smart beauty," is eight years younger than the groom.
Lee revealed his girl friend in March.
“I met her in a blind date. She is diligent at her work, and deeply understands my job,” mentioned Lee, in a TV program.
A source close to him told the media that Lee’s parents are very fond of her. "As he is quite old, they wanted see them married within a year," the source said.
Lee made his debut in 1992 through an entertainment program produced by MBC, the country’s one of major broadcasters.
