The accident killed 12 and injured 12, reports said quoting local police and the rescue team, as of 4:00 p.m. Some injured passengers are in critical condition, they added.

The bus, owned by a tourism agency, was trying to avoid a stalled vehicle on the bridge and then crashed into the guardrail, reports said.

Bodies of the 12 dead were moved to nearby hospitals.
