Korea’s Supreme Court ruled Monday that a U.S. decision to transfer the domain name “hpweb.com,” registered by a Korean national, to Hewlett-Packard Co. was appropriate. “The domain name ‘hpweb.com’ is confusingly similar to the HP mark.
