Koreans are eating less rice, consuming other energy sources to sustain their health, data showed Tuesday. According to the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, rice accounted for 31.6 percent of major energy sources for Koreans in 2012, down nearly 10 percent from 2008.
