Cargo processed at South Korea's seaports grew in October from a year earlier on a rise in import-export cargo, the government said Wednesday. The amount of cargo handled at South Korean seaports came to 118.88 million tons last month, up 4.7 percent from the same month in 2013, according to the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
