Fixed rate borrowers facing a 'mortgage cliff' as cheap home loans end

Economists are increasingly concerned about a wave of fixed rate home loans that'll reach their end date next year. They're warning those customers they're on a so called mortgage cliff and should be preparing now to ease the shock.
