The top US diplomat in Australia says the world will be watching what commitments the federal government makes at the Glasgow Climate Summit next month. Mike Goldman has also suggested that it won't be enough for Australia to simply promise net zero emissions by 2050 and that all countries need to make stronger efforts this decade.
