The State Opposition says the clock is ticking for the Liberal Party to rule out pre-selecting Narungga MP Fraser Ellis as its candidate at next year's election. Mr Ellis moved to the crossbench when he was charged amid the travel expenses saga. The Premier has declined to pass judgment today he was passing on tourism grants to South Australian businesses.
